Can't Download Ford Sync Update

Eu navigation model. Note 2: once you have upgraded to this you will be extremely unlikely to be able to go back to 3.0, i have read posts from some people who supposedly have reverted however i can’t be sure on this. Can't update my Sync software? I've tried with all the files in a SYNC Update folder. I've tried everything you can find on Google. Nothing will work. I don't know what the version of my SYNC is, however it's last confirmed update was on February 13, 2015 (before I bought it). And I don't think anyone can update until Ford addresses.

Has worked perfectly till IOS 13.
Very painful for me as I can make 20 + calls a day from my car and for contacts that have multiple phone numbers I then need to select the correct number from the Sync screen forcing me to take my eyes of the road - I use Sync voice dialling with 'call Fred Smith on mobile' etc
