I bought a 2011 328i coupe (xDrive) last month. The car is drives great and I am in love with it.
I have noticed an issue with it; it does not recognize my phone when i connect phone with USB. The phone charges but I see message saying that the device is not recognized. My friend who owns a BMW told me that it should be something related to software update.
When I called BMW, they asked for $295 for software update.
I read about it on BMW website and got to know that you can do on your own. The problem is that I do not see an option for software update on my bmw settings.
