1. Locate your “Settings” icon on your Android device.
2. Locate “Bluetooth” and make sure it’s set to “ON”.

4. On your vehicle’s radio console, locate and press the “Phone” icon.
5. Press the “OK” button on your radio console after your display flashes “No Phones Paired”, then”Add Bluetooth Device”.
6. Sync will prompt you by voice to “Press OK to begin pairing a device”. Press “OK”, then you will be prompted to “Search for Sync on your device and enter the PIN code provided by Sync”. The PIN will display the radio display.
7. On your phone in the Bluetooth Menu, locate and press the “Scan for New Devices” button.
8. You will be asked to enter a PIN#. In your phone, enter the 6 digit PIN displayed on the radio, then hit “OK”.

Hey all, new owner of a 2014 Ford Flex here. Long story short, I've been a Honda guy for a few years and drove a Ford Flex as a rental vehicle and wanted one ever since. So, I bought one about a month ago.My Ford Flex Will Not Download My Phonebook For Free
Now, I test drove it and had it checked out, everything worked fine. However, after signing the papers and switching contents from my old vehicle to the Flex, I put the key on to start it and it wouldn't. The engine kept cranking and wouldn't fire. So, the dealership held onto for a few days and ended up replacing the fuel pump. The day I got it back, I drove it to work a few miles and no problems. After work, I drove maybe a quarter mile down the road and the car just turned off.. Lights and everything was still on, just the engine shut off. So, I took it back in. A week later, they assumed it was just the fuel lines not being flushed out properly or something like that and they test drove it and couldn't recreate the problem, so they put in a new battery just to be sure to make sure it wasn't that. So, a week later I drove it on a 5 hour roundtrip and had no problems whatsoever. Fast forward to last week, I was at work about to go on a video shoot and got in the car, started it, but before I left the parking lot I realize I forgot a piece of equipment and drove it to the front doors, shut it off and got out. A few minutes later I returned to the car and got back it and tried starting it up, but just like the first time, the engine kept cranking but not firing. I took it back and now I'm regretting buying this particular vehicle.
